United Disposal and Recycling LCC in Laurel MD contacted DMS Signs with a corporate brand project. UDR wanted a one-of-a-kind original design. We put our artwork department, with a collective 86 years of experience, to work on this project. We came up with a quadrilateral sign shape that allows for a clean, modern look. The design team settled on this shape with one slanted side. See gallery below.
There is a black core recessed base between the routed cabinets. The monument sign is a double sided sign. This combo makes up a very interesting looking sign profile as it adds an extra dimension.
What other types of companies may benefit from a similar look? This type of sign is ideal for Corporate headquarters, Business Park entrances, Warehouses and Office parks. The sign faces are routed aluminum with 1” thick acrylic push through. The large UDR logo has translucent vinyl faces and the edges light up to create a halo illusion.
