We at DMS Sign Connection have a philosophy of finding the shared value between our customer needs and what we offer. Our client, 99 Ranch Market approached us with a challenge. The particular architectural fixture in the facade of this building is a grid of square tubing. The requirements were to install the channel letters flushed to the grid, to match the color of the grid and conceal the electrical wiring.
Here’s a picture of the architectural tubing at the time of survey. We took precise dimensions and matched the green color of the grid.

Some channel letter manufacturers have a limit for how thin a letter stroke can be. We understand why they set those lower limits but we are often able to do custom logo shapes like the 99 and the wreath, pictured below ,because we don’t have set rules for such design options. We first look at the situation and then make a decision to best solve it.
